Zoom Judo Workouts:
Guidelines/Risks: With the following classes there will not be an instructor to monitor you during workout. Therefore the workout is "at your own risk." It is expected that you will not be doing actual throws on another person. You should have a proper mat area and instructor of sufficient skill to do throws. Also, chokes and armlocks should not be aggressively done on a partner to get them to tap out without instructor monitoring or approval. Please assure that the area you are working in has sufficient space, no sharp objects of concern, and a surface that is appropriate for this type of judo practice (ie. no slippery surface.)
